Retreat Creators was founded by Jean Hall and Jools Sampson to support the next generation of retreat leaders through experience-led mentorship and real-world guidance.
Between us, we have spent over two decades designing and leading retreats around the world, working with thousands of participants across yoga, wellness, cultural and adventure experiences. We understand both the creative vision and the practical realities involved in building retreats that feel meaningful, well-run and sustainable.
The Retreat Creators Lab is not a traditional online course. It is a small, mentored space where retreat leaders develop their ideas with experienced support, honest feedback and live co-creation. We work with a limited cohort each year so that every participant receives personal guidance as they design, refine and bring their retreat to life.
Retreats have the power to create connection, reflection and growth. Our role is to help you translate your vision into something grounded, clear and ready to share with the world.
